日本にいた時、私服警察官に呼び止められたことがあったよ（しかもその人、いかにも80年代っぽい革ジャンを着ていたな）。どうやら自分が探していた人物の特徴に当てはまっていたらしい。でもパスポートを見せてアメリカ人だと確認された後は、とても感じが良くて、そのまま解放されたよ。

今日（※5月6日前後）ちょうど日本から帰ってきたところだ。滞在中に反移民デモを見かけたんだけど、英語の看板があったから何についてのデモか分かっちゃった（笑）。

警察にランダム検査で呼び止められたことがある。パスポートを見せて、どこの国から来たのか、どこに泊まってるのか聞かれた。そのあと「アニメ好き？一番好きなの何？」って聞かれて笑ってしまった。
驚いたし予想外だったけど、嫌な感じではなかったな。
