驚き、私が初めて観たアニメは『美少女戦士セーラームーン』でも『ドラゴンボールZ』でもなく、実は『アルプスの少女ハイジ』だったと今になって気づいたわ。1980年代後半か1990年代初頭に、確かZDF（第2ドイツテレビ）で観たんだと思う。
ドイツ語の吹き替えで、ドイツ語の主題歌が流れ、スイスアルプスが舞台で、主人公の名前も思いっきりハイジだったから、日本のアニメだなんて考えもしなかった。あまりにもドイツらしく感じられたので、ずっとドイツの作品だと思い込んでいたわ。

『幽☆遊☆白書』は本当に面白かった。最初のストーリー展開が少し遅かったのは認めるけど、作中のトーナメント編に入ってからは、もう最高に面白かった。

『千と千尋の神隠し（Spirited Away ）』にも言及しておきたい。（2003年に）アニメ映画として初めてアカデミー賞を受賞した作品であり、スタジオジブリがアニメ映画業界に革命をもたらしたことを考えれば、なおさらだ。
