ジャッジの採点は妥当だった。天心は少し雑でペースも遅すぎた。井上は天心の周りをあまりにも簡単に動き回り、クリーンにパンチを当てて、ほとんどそのまま無傷で離れていた。 天心は試合が進むにつれて少し目が覚めてきたけど、自分から反則をアピールしたり、パンチを出すよりも後ろに下がったりしていたのは奇妙に感じた。
( Judges got it right. Tenshin just a bit too sloppy and slow paced. Inoue moving around him too easily, landing clean, and getting out clean largely.　Tenshin did wake up a bit as the fight went on but that stuff where he tried to call his own fouls and back up rather than throw was weird. )


あのダウンした7ラウンド以外は、ほぼ拓真が完全に試合をコントロールしていた。1人のジャッジが114-113と採点したほど接戦だったのだろうか？
( Outside of that 7th round he pretty much controlled the action. Did you think the fight was as close as one judge had it at 114-113? )


天心が試合後に泣いているのを見ると、メイウェザー戦を思い出すな。天心は井上をダウンさせて、ぐらつかせた。それは本当にすごいことだと思う。

天心にとって、ここが明確な限界なんだと思う。天心ならレイエスやメディナには勝てるかもしれないけど、もう拓真を狙うのはやめたほうがいい。なぜ挑んでいたのかは分かる。うまくいけば尚弥との大きな国内対決につなげられただろうけど、天心が拓真に勝つことはまずないから、その試合はもはや実現しない。
( I think this is the clear limit for Tenshin. Tenshin could probably beat Reyes or Medina, but he should stop targeting Takuma Inoue. I get why he was trying, it'd have set up a big domestic fight vs Naoya, but that fight is dead, cause Tenshin's just never going to beat Takuma. )
