A lot of silly rankings as others have said - Senegal are absurdly high, Germany way too low, England and the Netherlands ridiculously low, Canada and particularly Scotland ludicrously low, Iraq insanely high - but they've got the 1-2-3 right, at least.

イングランドの12位はちょっと厳しすぎるかな。自分なら8位くらいにする。さらに上に行くには、直近のユーロみたいに運とか僅差の勝負が味方する必要があると思う。
このランキングで一番気になるのはウルグアイが25位だということ。質の高い選手も揃ってるし、すでに2回優勝してる国だしね。 それと韓国が44位なのもさすがに低すぎる気がする。
12 is probably a bit Harsh. I would have gone for 8. They will need the luck and fine margins in their favour, like in the most recent euros, to go further imo. The real stick outs on the list for me are Uruguay at 25. A handy side with some good quality and they've won it twice already! Also South Korea at 44 seems way to far down the list. We'll see.

To be fair it does seem a bit crazy how they are below Jordan and Iraq, who they comprehensively out-qualified from the same group, and Qatar, who lost 5 of 10 qualifiers then needed a ludicrously dodgy home advantage to help them through.

What was very strange about the Japan friendly was Tuchel deciding to play three number tens in Foden, Palmer and Rogers with the first hour until he took off the first two illustrating perfectly why that was a total disaster and made England look like a team nursing enormous hangovers after a colossal binge drinking night out. この一連での親善試合での物足りなさは、むしろイングランドにとっては良かったのかもしれない。もしウルグアイや日本に快勝していたら、あまりにも順調すぎて、イングランドという国がうまく対処できないくらいポジティブな流れになっていたはずだ。このパワーランキングなんて正直大した意味はないし、そこまで心配する必要もないと思う。
Maybe underwhelming in these friendlies is a blessing for England - if we'd whupped Uruguay and Japan then things would have been way too comfortable and the trajectory more positive than the English as a nation are good at dealing with. The power ranking thing here doesn't mean anything however and I'd not be that worried.
