At first I, as a German, felt cheated, even after seeing several slow motions. For me it was clearly out. But after watching this I realize that it was indeed in. So it sucks, but well done, referees :-)
It’s so frustrating that replay exists tog eta the call right, and they still can’t use the technology correct.
